About Mechanical Engineering Department

Mechanical Engineering Department of our Institute is one of the most decorated, well equipped with modern infrastructure. The department is having highly qualified and experienced faculty to teach both theory and practical portion. An interactive relationship is maintained between the students and staff which enable the students to develop a sound foundation in the stream in a conductive environment. This Department is able to produces high scholar diploma mechanical students, who are working in different govt and private organisation of high reputation.

The Department aims at preparing students for a broad range of technical positions throughout manufacturing enterprise that require people with strong mechanical background .Department has well equipped labs of fluid Mechanics and Machine Dynamics ,Material Testing & Production Lab, heat Power Lab and Heat transfer Lab. Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Lab, Automobiles & CAD/CAM Lab associated with Black smithy and Foundry/Forging Workshop Fitting, Carpentry and Welding Technology ,Workshop and a vas Machine Shop for proper practical

It works on mission to Educate, motivate and prepare the students to know the fundamental and technical skills in Mechanical Engineering through effective teaching learning Methodologies to meet the current and future demands of the industry and academia. As the Department has state-of-the-art infrastructure, it always committed to provide good laboratory skill and hands-on in machineries to students. It works with vision to impart training in accordance to industry requirements. Department works on identifying, formulating and analyzing complex Engineering problem in different field of Mechanical Engineering like Thermal Engineering ,Design Engineering, manufacturing and automobile Engg. Etc. With application of latest mechanical design software in field of designing, manufacturing, maintaenance and documentation proficiency of students increases to high level.
