BDSE is a pioneering technical institution in Western Odisha managed by Black Diamond Technical Education Society, Jharsuguda. It is and duly approved by AICTE and DTE&T,Govt. of Odisha with a rich heritage, dynamic functioning and progressive outlook. Ever since its inception in 1996, the institute is catering to the technical educational needs of the meritorious and talented students in a student friendly, quality oriented educational environment.

We approach technical education in a holistic perspective and imparting critical thinking skills as well as foster creative abilities to promote innovation and development. More than being just a process of imparting specific knowledge and skill, education is really the processing, enabling the personality of the individual to blossom. Our main aim is to provide qualified & competent technical manpower that are able to positively contribute to the development of the nation. We accord prime importance to the behavioural discipline, moral integrity and cognitive developments of our students.
